One off training topics

Our courses will suit new businesses start-ups, experienced Property Managers and anyone who wants to join the Property Industry. Every training session includes 15 minutes question time. Some courses can be shorten if required.

How to make sure your special terms, ingoing, inventory report and key records are done the right way, so you can be super prepared for that outgoing inspection to come.

This topic includes techniques, strategies and tools to manage your stress levels. It will include an activity to show you how it affects your mindset if not managed correctly. We will talk about the best way to handle your daily tasks, what to do when you are stressed and how to handle it.

Time is always something we want more of. This course will cover the use productivity techniques to tackle tasks as they arise, minimise procrastination and strike a healthy work-life balance. Great ready to take control of your time and achieve your goals with confidence.

Throughout this course, well explore the art of fostering strong connections. It will also include setting strong boundaries, active listening to reduce miscommunication. It will also provide you with the skill to cultivate meaningful relationships whether its with your Landlord, Tenant, colleague or even in your personal life.

The perfect work week

2 hours

From time blocking, to mindful breaks, we will help you design a work week that aligns with how to manage your weekly meetings, repairs,  routines and emails.

Conflict Resolution

Our effective conflict resolution course include topics on active listening, clear communication, good dialogue, follow up and fair negotiation.

We talk about Rent reviews, lease renewals, break lease and lease name change. You name it, we have it covered.

Ending it right

I think every Property Managers most stressful part of the job is the outgoing. So lets dive in and discuss how to manage expectations for the outgoing inspection, best ways to avoid small issues and prevent the big ones like NCAT.

Setting expectations for New Business

How to make that good transition from moving a new business over to the Property Manager. How to do a perfect pitch and stick to those fees, when should Property Mangers take over and when should they be introduced.  Includes New Business checklist so nothing is missed.

Complaint Prevention

2 hours

Auditing your portfolio, how to gain lost managements backs and avoid compensation claims. Main issues that we will also cover is pests, mould and water leaks. How to handle rent reductions

Is it super expensive?

The price isnt as expensive as you think. You will be getting the course for cheaper instead of buying separate courses.  You also might be thinking that some of the areas aren't needed in your day to day business but you will be surprised with some of our productive training how it will benefit your company and staff.
